Welcome to the WPiGo Activation Guide. This comprehensive guide covers how to redeem and activate all product types: game keys, software licenses, gift cards, and subscriptions.

Part 1: Game Key Activation
Before You Begin
✓ Prerequisites Checklist
- Your game key (from order confirmation page, email, or account dashboard)
- An account on the required platform (Steam, Epic, etc.)
- The platform’s client installed (for PC games)
- Internet connection for activation
⚠️ Important Notes
- Keys are one-time use: Once redeemed, a key cannot be used again
- Check the platform: Make sure you’re redeeming on the correct platform
- Check the region: Some keys are region-locked
- Copy carefully: Watch for similar characters (0 vs O, 1 vs I vs l)
Steam Key Activation
Method 1: Via Steam Client (Recommended)
- Open Steam
- Launch the Steam application on your computer
- Make sure you’re logged into your account
- Access Product Activation
- Click Games in the top menu bar
- Select “Activate a Product on Steam…”
- Follow the Wizard
- Click Next on the welcome screen
- Read and accept the Steam Subscriber Agreement
- Click I Agree
- Enter Your Key
- Paste or type your product key in the field
- Click Next
- Confirmation
- You’ll see a success message with the game name
- The game is now in your Steam Library
- Click Finish to close the wizard
Method 2: Via Steam Website
- Go to store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey
- Log in to your Steam account if prompted
- Enter your product key in the field
- Complete the CAPTCHA if required
- Click Continue
- The game will be added to your library
Steam Troubleshooting:
- “Invalid Product Code”: Check for typos, ensure correct platform
- “Product Already Owned”: Game is already in your library
- “Region Restricted”: Key is not valid for your region
- “Too Many Activation Attempts”: Wait 30 minutes and try again
Epic Games Key Activation
Method 1: Via Epic Games Launcher
- Open Epic Games Launcher
- Launch the application
- Ensure you’re logged in
- Access Redeem Code
- Click on your username (bottom-left corner)
- Select “Redeem Code”
- Enter Your Key
- Paste your key in the field
- Click Redeem
- Confirmation
- You’ll see a success message
- Game appears in your Library
Method 2: Via Epic Games Website
- Go to epicgames.com/store/redeem
- Log in to your Epic Games account
- Enter your redemption code
- Click Redeem
GOG Key Activation
- Go to gog.com/redeem
- Log in to your GOG account (or create one – it’s free)
- Enter your GOG key in the field
- Click Continue
- The game will be added to your GOG library
- Download via GOG Galaxy or direct download from website
Note: GOG games are DRM-free – you can download installers and keep them forever.
EA App (Origin) Key Activation
- Open EA App
- Launch the EA App (formerly Origin)
- Log in to your EA account
- Access Redeem Code
- Click your profile icon (top-right)
- Select “Redeem Product Code”
- Enter Your Key
- Type or paste your product code
- Click Next
- Confirmation
- Review the product details
- Click Confirm
- Game is added to your EA Library

Ubisoft Connect Key Activation
- Open Ubisoft Connect
- Launch the application
- Log in to your Ubisoft account
- Access Activation
- Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines, top-left)
- Select “Activate a key”
- Enter Your Key
- Paste your activation key
- Click Activate
- Confirmation
- Game is added to your library
- Download and install to play

Xbox / Microsoft Store Key Activation
Method 1: Via Xbox Console
- Press the Xbox button on your controller
- Navigate to Store
- Select “Redeem code” (or press the menu button)
- Enter your 25-character code
- Select Check code
- Confirm to redeem
Method 2: Via Microsoft Website
- Go to redeem.microsoft.com
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Enter your 25-character code
- Click Next
- Confirm the redemption
Method 3: Via Xbox App (PC)
- Open the Xbox app on Windows
- Click your profile icon
- Select Settings → Redeem code
- Enter your code and confirm
PlayStation Key Activation
Method 1: Via PlayStation Console (PS4/PS5)
- Go to PlayStation Store from the home screen
- Scroll down to “Redeem Codes” (PS4) or select the menu icon (PS5)
- Select “Redeem Codes”
- Enter your 12-character code (format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
- Select “Redeem”
- Confirm the redemption
Method 2: Via PlayStation Website
- Go to store.playstation.com
- Sign in to your PlayStation Network account
- Click your profile avatar (top-right)
- Select “Redeem Codes”
- Enter your code and click Redeem
Method 3: Via PlayStation App (Mobile)
- Open the PlayStation App
- Tap the PS Store icon
- Tap the menu (three dots)
- Select “Redeem Code”
- Enter your code
⚠️ Region Note: PlayStation codes are region-locked. Your PSN account region must match the key region (e.g., US key requires US PSN account).
Nintendo eShop Key Activation
Via Nintendo Switch
- From the HOME Menu, select Nintendo eShop
- Select the account you want to use
- Select “Enter Code” on the left side of the screen
- Enter your 16-character download code
- Select “Confirm”
- Select “Redeem” to add to your account
Via Nintendo Website
- Go to ec.nintendo.com/redeem
- Sign in to your Nintendo Account
- Enter your download code
- Follow the on-screen instructions
⚠️ Region Note: Nintendo codes are region-specific. Ensure your Nintendo Account region matches the code region.
Battle.net Key Activation
- Open Battle.net application
- Log in to your Blizzard account
- Click your account name (top-right)
- Select “Redeem a Code”
- Enter your game key
- Click Redeem Code

Rockstar Games Launcher Key Activation
- Open Rockstar Games Launcher
- Sign in to your Rockstar Social Club account
- Click the menu icon (top-right)
- Select “Redeem Code”
- Enter your activation code
- Click Check and then Confirm
Part 2: Software License Activation
Windows Product Key Activation
Method 1: Via Settings (Windows 10/11)
- Press Windows + I to open Settings
- Go to System → Activation
- Click “Change product key”
- Enter your 25-character product key
- Click Next
- Click Activate
- Wait for confirmation message
Method 2: Via Command Prompt (Advanced)
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator
- Type:
slmgr /ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX(your key) - Press Enter
- Then type:
slmgr /ato - Press Enter to activate
Windows Troubleshooting:
- “Invalid Product Key”: Double-check the key, ensure it’s for your Windows edition
- “Key Already Used”: Contact support for assistance
- “Activation Failed”: Check internet connection, try again later
Microsoft Office Activation
Method 1: New Office Installation
- Go to setup.office.com
- Sign in with your Microsoft account (or create one)
- Enter your 25-character product key
- Select your country and language
- Click Next
- Follow prompts to download and install Office
- Office will be linked to your Microsoft account
Method 2: Activate Existing Installation
- Open any Office application (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Click File → Account
- Click “Change Product Key” or “Activate Product”
- Enter your product key
- Follow the activation prompts
Antivirus Software Activation
General Steps (varies by software):
- Download the software from the official vendor website
- Install the application on your computer
- Open the antivirus program
- Find activation:
- Look for “Activate”, “Register”, or “Enter License Key”
- Usually in Settings, Account, or Subscription menu
- Enter your license key
- Complete activation (may require internet connection)
- Verify your subscription status shows as active
Common Antivirus Activation Locations:
- Norton: My Norton → Subscription
- McAfee: Settings → My Account
- Kaspersky: License → Enter activation code
- Bitdefender: My Account → Activate
- ESET: Help → Activate Product
Part 3: Gift Cards & Wallet Codes
Steam Wallet Code
- Open Steam application
- Click your username (top-right)
- Select “Account Details”
- Click “Add funds to your Steam Wallet”
- Select “Redeem a Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code”
- Enter your code
- Click Continue
- Balance is added to your Steam Wallet

PlayStation Store Gift Card
- Go to PlayStation Store (console or web)
- Select “Redeem Codes”
- Enter your gift card code
- Click Redeem
- Balance is added to your PSN wallet
⚠️ Region Note: PSN gift cards are region-locked. US cards work only on US accounts, EU cards on EU accounts, etc.
Xbox Gift Card
- Go to redeem.microsoft.com
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Enter your 25-character code
- Click Next
- Balance is added to your Microsoft account
Can also redeem via: Xbox console, Xbox app, or Microsoft Store app
Nintendo eShop Card
- Open Nintendo eShop on your Switch
- Select your account
- Select “Enter Code”
- Enter your 16-character code
- Confirm to add funds
⚠️ Region Note: Nintendo eShop cards are region-specific.
Google Play Gift Card
- Open Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon
- Select “Payments & subscriptions”
- Tap “Redeem gift code”
- Enter your code
- Tap Redeem
Alternative: play.google.com/redeem
App Store / iTunes Gift Card
- Open the App Store on your device
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap “Redeem Gift Card or Code”
- Use camera to scan or enter code manually
- Tap Redeem
Part 4: Subscription Codes
Xbox Game Pass
- Go to redeem.microsoft.com
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Enter your Game Pass code
- Click Next
- Confirm the subscription
- Game Pass is now active on your account
Note: If you already have Game Pass, the time will be added to your existing subscription.
PlayStation Plus
- Go to PlayStation Store
- Select “Redeem Codes”
- Enter your PS Plus subscription code
- Click Redeem
- Subscription is activated
⚠️ Region Note: PS Plus codes are region-locked.
Nintendo Switch Online
- Open Nintendo eShop
- Select “Enter Code”
- Enter your membership code
- Confirm to activate
EA Play
- Open EA App
- Click your profile → “Redeem Product Code”
- Enter your EA Play code
- Click Next and confirm

General Troubleshooting
Problem: “Invalid Code” or “Code Not Recognized”
- Double-check you’re on the correct platform (Steam key on Steam, etc.)
- Ensure you copied the entire code without extra spaces
- Watch for similar characters: 0 vs O, 1 vs I vs l, 5 vs S
- Try typing the code manually instead of copy-paste
- If still invalid, contact us with your order number
Problem: “Code Already Redeemed”
- Check if you already activated it on another account
- Check your game library – it might already be there
- If you didn’t redeem it, contact us immediately – we’ll replace it
Problem: “Region Locked” or “Not Available in Your Region”
- The key is restricted to specific regions
- Check the product description for region information
- Your account region must match the key region
- Do NOT use VPN – this can get your account banned
- Contact us if you purchased the wrong region
Problem: “Too Many Activation Attempts”
- Wait 30-60 minutes before trying again
- This is a security measure by the platform
- Your key is still valid
Problem: Key Not Received
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Log in to your WPiGo account and check My Orders
- Wait a few minutes – some orders need brief verification
- Contact us if keys don’t appear within 30 minutes

- ✓ Verify you have the correct platform account
- ✓ Check the region matches your account
- ✓ For DLC, ensure you own the base game
- ✓ Have a stable internet connection
After Redeeming
- ✓ Game/product appears in your library
- ✓ Download and install if required
- ✓ Keep your confirmation email for records

- ✓ Never share your keys publicly
- ✓ Don’t post screenshots showing your keys
- ✓ Redeem keys soon after purchase
- ✓ Save keys in a secure location until redeemed
