Xbox

  1. Go to redeem.microsoft.com

Nintendo

Activating Software Licenses

Windows:

  1. Press Windows + I to open Settings
  2. Go to System → Activation
  3. Click “Change product key” and enter your key

Microsoft Office:

  1. Go to setup.office.com
  2. Sign in and enter your product key
  3. Follow prompts to download and install

Step 5: Enjoy Your Purchase

After Activation

Once your key is redeemed:

  • Games: Download and install from your platform’s library
  • Software: Use immediately after activation

Important Notes

Refund Policy

Refund Requests

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled case-by-case. Valid reasons include:

Note: Once a key is revealed and redeemed, we cannot verify if it was used, so refunds for “change of mind” are generally not possible.
