General Questions

What is WPiGo?

WPiGo is a marketplace for premium WordPress themes, plugins, digital products, and software licenses. We develop and distribute high-quality solutions to help businesses and individuals achieve their online goals.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No! We support guest checkout. However, creating an account allows you to easily access your purchase history, download products anytime, and manage your licenses from one convenient dashboard.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. We never store your complete credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods depending on your region. Payment options are displayed at checkout.


Purchasing & Licenses

What do I receive after purchasing?

Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive:

  • Download link for the product files
  • License key(s) for product activation
  • API keys for updates and support (if applicable)
  • Access to product documentation
  • Email confirmation with all details

Can I use a product on multiple websites?

No. Each license is valid for one (1) domain/website only. If you need to use the product on multiple sites, you must purchase additional licenses. Using a single license on multiple sites violates our Terms of Service and may result in license termination.

What’s included with my purchase?

Every purchase includes:

  • Full product files (plugin, theme, or digital product)
  • Product documentation
  • Technical support from our team
  • Updates for a specified period or lifetime (varies by product)
  • License keys for activation

Can I transfer my license to a different domain?

Yes! You can deactivate your license from one domain and activate it on another. However, licenses can only be active on one domain at a time. Contact us at support@wpigo.com if you need assistance with license transfers.

Do products include installation service?

No, installation is not included. However, most products come with detailed documentation and installation guides. If you need installation assistance, you can contact our support team at support@wpigo.com (additional fees may apply).


Downloads & Installation

How do I download my purchased products?

After purchase, you can download products in two ways:

  1. Click the download link in your purchase confirmation email
  2. Log in to your account, go to My Account → My Purchases, and click Download

How long can I download my products?

Your products are available for download indefinitely from your account dashboard. We recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately after purchase.

Can I re-download products after installation?

Yes! You can re-download products anytime from your account dashboard. This is useful if you lose your files or need to install on a different site.

What file format will I receive?

Products are delivered as ZIP files. For WordPress plugins and themes, you can upload the ZIP file directly without extracting. See our Installation Guide for step-by-step instructions.


Support & Updates

How do I get support for a product?

Support is provided directly by our technical team:

Include your order number and detailed description of the issue when contacting support.

How long does it take to get a support response?

We respond to all support inquiries within 1-2 hours during business hours (7 days a week, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM UTC+3). For messages received outside business hours, we’ll respond first thing when we’re back online.

Do I get free updates?

Yes! Update periods are specified on each product page (typically 1 year or lifetime). You can download updates from your account dashboard or through the WordPress admin panel if the product supports automatic updates.

How do I know when updates are available?

If the product supports automatic update checking and your license is activated (see our License Guide), you’ll see notifications in your WordPress admin dashboard (just like with WordPress.org plugins). You can also check your WPiGo account dashboard for available updates.


Refunds & Returns

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 15-day refund policy for purchases that meet our refund criteria. Valid reasons include technical issues, product not working as described, or critical bugs. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

How do I request a refund?

Email contact@wpigo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or error logs demonstrating the problem

We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Refunds for “change of mind” without a valid technical reason are generally not granted. Please carefully review product descriptions, features, and demos before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, contact us before buying.

How long does a refund take?

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (timing depends on your payment provider).


Technical Questions

What are the requirements for WordPress products?

Requirements vary by product, but generally you need:

  • WordPress 5.0 or higher (check specific product requirements)
  • PHP 7.4 or higher (PHP 8.0+ recommended)
  • MySQL 5.6 or higher
  • HTTPS SSL certificate (recommended)
  • Adequate server resources (varies by product)

Will products work with my theme/other plugins?

Most products are designed to work with standard WordPress themes and plugins. However, conflicts can occasionally occur. Check product descriptions for known compatibility information. We recommend testing new products on a staging site before installing on your live website.

Can I customize the products I purchase?

Yes, products can generally be customized through their settings or by modifying the code (if you have technical knowledge). However, heavy customization may affect your ability to update the product in the future. Always make backups before customizing.

Do I need coding knowledge to use these products?

Most products are designed for users without coding knowledge and include admin panels for easy configuration. However, some advanced customization may require basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Check product descriptions for skill level requirements.


Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

Click “Lost Password” on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the password reset email.

Can I change my account email address?

Yes. Log in to your account, go to your profile settings, and update your email address. You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify the change.

What if I didn’t receive my purchase confirmation email?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, log in to your account and access your purchases from the My Purchases tab. If you checked out as a guest, contact us at contact@wpigo.com with your payment details, and we’ll resend your download links within 1-2 hours.

How is my personal information protected?

We take privacy seriously. Your information is encrypted, never shared with third parties for marketing, and used only for processing your orders and improving your experience. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
