What is WPiGo?

Are the keys you sell legitimate?
Yes! All keys sold on WPiGo are 100% legitimate and sourced from authorized distributors and publishers. We guarantee that every key is genuine, unused, and valid.
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No! We support guest checkout. However, creating an account allows you to easily access your order history, view your keys anytime, and track your purchases from one convenient dashboard.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. We never store your complete credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and other payment methods depending on your region. You can also use your WPiGo wallet balance for purchases. Payment options are displayed at checkout.

What do I receive after purchasing?
Immediately after successful payment, you’ll receive:
- Your product key(s) displayed on the order confirmation page
- Email confirmation with your key(s) as backup
- Access to your keys anytime from your account (if registered)

What is a game key?
A game key (also called activation code or CD key) is a unique alphanumeric code that you redeem on a gaming platform (like Steam) to add a game to your library. Once redeemed, the game is permanently linked to your account.
Are game keys one-time use?
Yes. Each key can only be activated once on one account. Once you redeem a key, it cannot be used again or transferred to another account.

Region Locks & Restrictions
What is a region lock?
Some keys are restricted to specific regions (e.g., Europe, North America, Global). A region-locked key can only be activated if your account or location matches the specified region. Always check the product description for region information before purchasing.
How do I know if a key is region-locked?
Region information is clearly displayed on each product page. Common region types include:
- Global: Works worldwide, no restrictions
- EU: Europe only
- NA: North America only
- ROW: Rest of World (excludes certain regions)
What happens if I buy the wrong region?
If you accidentally purchase a key for the wrong region and cannot activate it, contact us immediately at contact@wpigo.com. We’ll help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Can I use a VPN to activate a region-locked key?
We strongly advise against using VPNs to bypass region restrictions. This violates most platform terms of service and may result in your account being banned. Always purchase keys that match your region.
Accessing Your Keys
How do I get my keys after purchase?
Your keys are delivered instantly:
- Order Confirmation Page: Keys appear immediately after payment
- Email: Confirmation email with your keys is sent automatically
- Account Dashboard: View keys anytime in My Orders (if registered)
I didn’t receive my keys. What should I do?
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Log in to your WPiGo account and check My Orders
- Wait a few minutes – some orders require brief verification
- Contact us at contact@wpigo.com if keys don’t appear within 30 minutes
How long do I have to redeem my key?
Keys don’t expire and can be redeemed anytime. However, we recommend activating them soon after purchase to avoid any issues.
Can I access my keys later?
Yes! If you have an account, your keys are always available in the My Orders section. If you checked out as guest, use the link in your confirmation email or create an account with the same email to access your purchase history.
Redemption & Activation
How do I redeem my key?
Each platform has its own redemption process. See our detailed Key Redemption Guide for step-by-step instructions for all platforms.
My key says “invalid” – what do I do?
- Make sure you’re redeeming on the correct platform (Steam key on Steam, etc.)
- Check that you copied the entire key without extra spaces
- Watch for similar characters: 0 vs O, 1 vs I vs l
- If still invalid, contact us with your order number – we’ll replace it
My key says “already redeemed” – what do I do?
- Check if you already activated it on another account
- Look in your game library – it might already be there
- If you didn’t redeem it, contact us immediately with your order number
We guarantee all keys are unused. If you receive a pre-redeemed key, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
Do I need to create an account on the gaming platform?
Yes. To redeem a key, you need a free account on the respective platform (Steam account for Steam keys, etc.). Creating accounts is free on all major platforms.
Refunds & Returns
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Valid reasons for refund include:
- Key doesn’t work (invalid or already redeemed)
- Wrong product delivered
- Technical issues preventing activation

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Once a key is revealed or delivered, refunds for “change of mind” are generally not possible because we cannot verify if the key has been used. Please carefully check product details before purchasing.
Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong region?
If you purchased a key for the wrong region and haven’t attempted to redeem it, contact us immediately. We may be able to offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
How do I request a refund?

- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Screenshots of any error messages

Pre-Orders & Upcoming Games
Do you sell pre-orders?
Yes! We offer pre-orders for upcoming games. Your key will be delivered on or before the official release date.
When will I receive my pre-order key?
Pre-order keys are typically delivered within 24 hours of the game’s official release. Some keys may be delivered earlier if the publisher releases them ahead of time.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the key is delivered. Contact us at contact@wpigo.com to request cancellation.
DLC & Bundles
What is DLC?
DLC (Downloadable Content) is additional content for a game, such as expansions, new missions, characters, or cosmetic items. DLC requires the base game to be owned.
Do I need the base game to use DLC?
Yes. DLC keys require you to own the base game on the same platform and account. Make sure you have the base game before purchasing DLC.
What are bundles?
Bundles are collections of multiple games or DLCs sold together at a discounted price. Check the bundle contents on the product page to see exactly what’s included.
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
Click “Lost Password” on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the password reset email.
How do I add balance to my account?
Visit the Add Balance page and select the amount you want to add. Balance can be used for any purchase on WPiGo.
Is my personal information protected?
We take privacy seriously. Your information is encrypted, never shared with third parties for marketing, and used only for processing your orders. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
What if I didn’t receive my order confirmation email?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, log in to your account to view your orders. If you checked out as a guest, contact us at contact@wpigo.com with your payment details.
