How to Access & Redeem Your Keys

This guide will help you access and activate the products you’ve purchased from WPiGo. Whether you bought a game key, software license, or gift card, we’ll show you exactly how to redeem them.

1. Accessing Your Keys

Method 1: Order Confirmation Page (Instant)

Immediately after successful payment, your keys are displayed on the order confirmation page:

  1. Complete your purchase
  2. Wait for the confirmation page to load
  3. Your keys will be displayed in the “Your Keys” section
  4. Click the copy button next to each key to copy it
  5. Keys are also sent to your email as backup

⚠️ Important: Don’t close the confirmation page until you’ve copied or saved your keys!

Method 2: From Your Confirmation Email

After purchase, you receive a confirmation email with your keys:

  1. Check your inbox for an email from WPiGo
  2. Check spam/junk folder if not found
  3. Open the email titled “Order Confirmation – #[Order Number]”
  4. Your keys are listed in the email body
  5. Copy the keys and activate on the appropriate platform

Method 3: From Your WPiGo Account

If you have an account, you can always access your keys:

  1. Go to WPiGo.com
  2. Click Login and sign in
  3. Go to My Orders
  4. Find your order and click to expand
  5. Your keys are displayed with copy buttons

2. Redeeming on Steam

Method 1: Steam Desktop Client

  1. Open the Steam application
  2. Click Games in the top menu
  3. Select “Activate a Product on Steam…”
  4. Click Next on the welcome screen
  5. Accept the Steam Subscriber Agreement
  6. Enter your product key and click Next
  7. The game will be added to your library

Method 2: Steam Website

  1. Go to store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey
  2. Log in to your Steam account
  3. Enter your product key
  4. Click “Redeem”

3. Redeeming on Epic Games

  1. Open the Epic Games Launcher
  2. Click your username in the bottom-left corner
  3. Select “Redeem Code”
  4. Enter your product key
  5. Click “Redeem”
  6. The game will appear in your library

Alternative: Visit epicgames.com/store/redeem to redeem via browser.

4. Redeeming on GOG

  1. Go to gog.com/redeem
  2. Log in to your GOG account
  3. Enter your product key
  4. Click “Continue”
  5. The game will be added to your GOG library

5. Redeeming on EA App (Origin)

  1. Open the EA App (formerly Origin)
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right
  3. Select “Redeem Product Code”
  4. Enter your product key
  5. Click “Next”
  6. The game will be added to your EA library

6. Redeeming on Ubisoft Connect

  1. Open Ubisoft Connect
  2. Click the menu icon (three lines) in the top-left
  3. Select “Activate a key”
  4. Enter your product key
  5. Click “Activate”

7. Redeeming on Xbox

Method 1: Xbox Console

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide
  2. Select Store
  3. Scroll down and select “Redeem code”
  4. Enter the 25-character code
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm

Method 2: Xbox Website/App

  1. Go to redeem.microsoft.com
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
  3. Enter your code and click “Next”

8. Redeeming on PlayStation

Method 1: PlayStation Console

  1. Go to PlayStation Store
  2. Scroll down to “Redeem Codes”
  3. Enter your 12-character code
  4. Select “Redeem”

Method 2: PlayStation Website

  1. Go to store.playstation.com/redeem
  2. Sign in to your PlayStation Network account
  3. Enter the code and click “Redeem”

⚠️ Region Note: PlayStation codes are region-locked. Make sure your account region matches the key region.

9. Redeeming on Nintendo eShop

On Nintendo Switch

  1. Select Nintendo eShop from the HOME Menu
  2. Select the account you want to use
  3. Select “Enter Code” on the left side
  4. Enter the 16-character download code
  5. Select “Confirm”

10. Redeeming Gift Cards & Wallet Codes

Steam Wallet

  1. Open Steam and click your username
  2. Select “Account Details”
  3. Click “Add funds to your Steam Wallet”
  4. Select “Redeem a Steam Gift Card or Wallet Code”
  5. Enter your code

PlayStation Store Gift Card

  1. Go to PlayStation Store
  2. Select “Redeem Codes”
  3. Enter your gift card code
  4. Balance will be added to your wallet

Xbox Gift Card

  1. Go to redeem.microsoft.com
  2. Sign in and enter your gift card code
  3. Balance will be added to your Microsoft account

11. Activating Software Licenses

Windows Product Key

  1. Press Windows + I to open Settings
  2. Go to System → Activation
  3. Click “Change product key”
  4. Enter your 25-character product key
  5. Click “Next” to activate

Microsoft Office

  1. Go to setup.office.com
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
  3. Enter your product key
  4. Follow the prompts to download and install

Antivirus Software

  1. Download the antivirus software from the official website
  2. Install the application
  3. Open the program and find “Activate” or “Enter License Key”
  4. Enter your product key
  5. Complete the activation process

12. Troubleshooting

Problem: “Invalid Key” Error

Solutions:

  • Double-check you’re entering the key on the correct platform (Steam key on Steam, etc.)
  • Make sure you copied the entire key without extra spaces
  • Check for similar characters: 0 (zero) vs O (letter), 1 vs I vs l
  • If still invalid, contact us with your order number

Problem: “Key Already Redeemed” Error

Solutions:

  • Check if you already activated it on another account
  • Check your library – the game might already be there
  • If you didn’t redeem it, contact us immediately with your order number

Problem: “Region Locked” Error

Solutions:

  • Some keys are region-specific (EU, US, Global, etc.)
  • Check the product description for region information
  • Make sure your account region matches the key region
  • Contact us if you purchased the wrong region by mistake

Problem: Key Not Received

Solutions:

  • Check your spam/junk email folder
  • Log in to your WPiGo account and check My Orders
  • Wait a few minutes – some orders require manual verification
  • Contact us with your order number if keys don’t appear within 30 minutes

Problem: Game Not Appearing After Activation

Solutions:

  • Restart the game launcher (Steam, Epic, etc.)
  • Check if the game requires a separate download
  • Look in your library under “All Games” or specific categories
  • Check if it’s a DLC (requires base game to be installed)

13. Important Notes

About Your Keys

  • Keys are single-use: Once activated, a key cannot be used again
  • Keys are non-transferable: Once activated on an account, they cannot be moved
  • Save your keys: Store them securely until you’re ready to activate
  • Don’t share keys: Keep your keys private to prevent unauthorized use

DLC & Expansion Keys

  • DLC keys require the base game to be owned/installed
  • Make sure the DLC is compatible with your version of the game
  • Some DLCs are automatically applied when the base game is launched
