  • Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any associated content
  • Purchase history and license keys may be retained for legal and accounting purposes

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • 4.1 Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • 4.2 Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • 4.3 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts
  • 4.4 Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation or servers
  • 4.5 Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
  • 4.6 Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Platform staff
  • 4.7 Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
  • 4.8 Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • 4.9 Manipulate reviews, ratings, or sales metrics
  • 4.10 Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the system
  • 4.11 Share or distribute license keys with unauthorized parties
  • 4.12 Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify purchased products beyond license terms
  • 4.13 Download digital products with intent to request refund
  • 4.14 Activate software licenses with intent to request refund
  • 4.15 Abuse refund policies or engage in fraudulent refund requests

5. Purchases & Payments

5.1 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will pay
  • Prices may vary based on promotions, discounts, or special offers

5.2 Payment Processing

  • We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely
  • You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchases
  • Payment information is processed securely by our PCI-DSS certified payment partners
  • We do not store complete credit card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment data on our servers

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Window

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase
  • After this period, all sales are considered final

6.2 Product-Specific Refund Terms

WordPress Products:

  • Refundable if product does not function as described
  • Refundable if critical bugs prevent normal operation
  • Testing period is reasonable (up to 72 hours)

Software Licenses & Keys:

  • Refunds only available for unused/unactivated licenses
  • Once activated or registered, license cannot be refunded
  • Check compatibility before activating

Digital Products:

  • Refunds only available if files were not downloaded or accessed
  • Once downloaded or accessed, sale is final
  • This includes graphics, templates, courses, eBooks, and all digital files

6.3 Refundable Situations

  • Product does not function as described in the listing
  • Product contains critical bugs or security vulnerabilities
  • Product is incompatible with stated requirements
  • Product documentation is missing or severely incomplete
  • Duplicate purchase made by error
  • Product never delivered or download links invalid
  • License keys invalid or already used

6.4 Non-Refundable Situations

  • WordPress products used beyond reasonable testing (72 hours)
  • Software licenses already activated or registered
  • Digital products already downloaded or accessed
  • Purchases made more than 15 days ago
  • Products that function as described and meet stated requirements
  • Change of mind without valid technical reason
  • Incompatibility due to incorrect system requirements not disclosed by customer
  • Lack of technical skill or knowledge to implement the product
  • “Found cheaper alternative” or “found free version”

6.5 Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team first: support@wpigo.com
  2. Allow us to attempt to resolve the issue
  3. If unresolved, submit refund request to contact@wpigo.com

Include:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Screenshots or documentation of the issue (if applicable)
  • Steps taken to resolve the issue
  • Confirmation of product usage status (not activated/not downloaded for applicable products)

We will review your request within 1-2 business days and respond with our decision.

7. License Keys and Product Access

7.1 License Key Delivery

  • Upon successful purchase, unique license keys are generated for each product
  • Keys are sent to your registered email address immediately
  • Keys are also accessible through your account dashboard at any time

7.2 Types of License Keys

For WordPress Products:

  • Purchase Code: Used for product activation and license verification
  • API Key: Used for public API requests and plugin updates
  • Secret Key: Used for secure server-side operations

For Software Licenses:

  • License Key/Activation Code: Used to activate software on your device
  • Format varies by software vendor
  • Required for installation and activation

For Digital Products:

  • Download Links: Direct access to files
  • Access Credentials: For online courses and memberships
  • License Documentation: Usage rights and terms

7.3 License Key Security

  • Keep your license keys confidential and secure
  • Do not share license keys with unauthorized parties
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized use of leaked or shared license keys
  • Store keys in a secure password manager
  • If compromised, contact support@wpigo.com immediately

7.4 License Restrictions

  • One license per purchase unless otherwise specified
  • WordPress products: One license = One website/domain
  • Software licenses: One license = One computer/device installation
  • Digital products: Usage according to specified license terms
  • License is tied to the email address used for purchase
  • Transferring licenses to other users is prohibited without written consent
  • Violation of license terms may result in key revocation and account termination

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content

  • All Platform content (logos, design, code, text, graphics) is owned by WPiGo.com or its licensors
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • Trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners
  • “WPiGo” and the WPiGo logo are trademarks of WPiGo.com

8.2 Product Content

  • All products listed on WPiGo.com are developed and owned by WPiGo or distributed under authorized agreements
  • By purchasing a product, you receive a license to use it according to the product’s license terms
  • You do not acquire ownership rights to the product itself
  • Copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property remain with WPiGo.com or respective rights holders

8.3 User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, ratings, comments)
  • By submitting content, you grant WPiGo.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
  • You represent that you have the right to grant this license
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights

9. Product Licenses

9.1 License Grant

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it according to the following terms:

9.2 Permitted Uses

WordPress Products:

  • Use on one production website
  • Use on one staging/development site
  • Modify for your own use
  • Receive updates as specified

Software Licenses:

  • Install on one computer/device
  • Transfer to new device (after deactivation)
  • Receive updates during license period

Digital Products:

  • Use according to license type (personal or commercial)
  • Modify for your own projects (if permitted)
  • Use in client work (if commercial license)

9.3 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product
  • Share license keys with unauthorized parties
  • Remove copyright notices, attributions, or license information
  • Create derivative products for resale
  • Use the product to create competing products or services
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the product beyond fair use
  • Use the product in ways that violate laws or regulations
  • Use one license on multiple sites/devices simultaneously
  • Download digital products and share the files
  • Activate software licenses on multiple computers

9.4 License Scope

  • Single License: Use on one website/device/project
  • Multiple Licenses: Purchase additional licenses for multiple projects
  • Support: Available from our technical support team
  • Updates: Lifetime or specified period as indicated in product listing

9.5 License Termination

Your license may be terminated if you:

  • Violate license terms or these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Dispute charges or request chargebacks without valid reason
  • Share or distribute license keys
  • Use products after refund has been processed
  • Abuse refund policies or engage in pattern of fraudulent behavior

10. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on WPiGo.com:

  • 10.1 Illegal or harmful content (malware, viruses, exploits, hacking tools)
  • 10.2 Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • 10.3 Discriminatory, hateful, or harassing content
  • 10.4 Sexually explicit or obscene material
  • 10.5 Content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
  • 10.6 Misleading or fraudulent content
  • 10.7 Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
  • 10.8 Content that violates privacy or data protection laws
  • 10.9 Phishing schemes or social engineering attacks
  • 10.10 Cryptocurrency miners or resource-hijacking code

We reserve the right to remove any prohibited content and suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate this policy.

11. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

11.1 We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the DMCA.
11.2 If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, submit a DMCA notice to dmca@wpigo.com with:

  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  • Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Location of the infringing material on our Platform (URL)
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

11.3 We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content and terminating repeat infringers’ accounts.
11.4 False DMCA claims may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@wpigo.com with:

  • Identification of the removed content and its prior location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of federal court

14.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
14.3 These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration

23. Acknowledgment
